Shipping Policy

At Kettle Valley Diesel, we ship all orders using standard ground shipping unless otherwise noted. Our parts are sourced and fulfilled through S360 Wholesale Distributors to ensure quality and reliable delivery.

Shipping Rates

Canadian Customers:

  • All orders: Flat rate of $20
  • Exhaust systems are excluded from flat rate/free shipping and will be charged:
    • $80 per kit for full exhaust systems
    • $65 per kit for delete pipes
  • Flat rate and free shipping may not apply to remote locations (e.g., Yukon, Nunavut, NWT). We’ll contact you with a custom quote using the best rates available.

North American Customers (Outside Canada):

  • Flat shipping rate of $50, excluding exhaust systems
  • Exhaust systems shipping rates:
    • $150 per kit for full exhaust systems
    • $100 per kit for delete pipes
  • Remote location orders may require custom shipping quotes

Additional Shipping Info

  • In-stock items typically ship within 24–72 hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PST)
  • Expedited shipping available at additional cost
  • Orders ship only to the address provided at checkout
  • We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • KVD is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances
