Kettle Valley Diesel (the Seller) shall not be responsible or liable for any product use, service, or installation, nor for any damage that may occur to the vehicle's components as a result of modifications. This product may void or affect vehicle warranties and may affect your dealer’s ability to diagnose issues. Please consult your local dealer before initiating any modifications and review your vehicle warranty coverage.
This product is strictly intended for off-road or race competition use and is not legal for highway use. Kettle Valley Diesel is not responsible or liable for the voidance of your vehicle’s warranty resulting from the use of this product.
The Buyer acknowledges full responsibility and waives all liabilities implied by law regarding installation or use of any high-performance off-road product. The Buyer agrees to hold Kettle Valley Diesel harmless from any claim related to the item of equipment purchased. Under no circumstance shall Kettle Valley Diesel be liable or responsible for any expense, damage, or injury resulting from use or sale of this equipment.
The Buyer agrees to operate their vehicle in a safe and legal manner at all times, regardless of any feature or function of Kettle Valley Diesel products. The Buyer further agrees not to exceed the posted speed limit, the tire speed rating, or the maximum engine RPM limit while using the vehicle.
Kettle Valley Diesel is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or death resulting from violation of laws, unsafe driving, or product misuse. The Buyer assumes all risk and responsibility in such circumstances.
Kettle Valley Diesel is not responsible for any labor charges, travel time, removal or reinstallation costs, or diagnostics after installation. All such costs are the Buyer’s sole responsibility.
By purchasing this product, the Buyer accepts full responsibility to obey all Federal, Provincial, State, and Local laws regarding emissions, noise, and vehicle safety. In the United States, see the Clean Air Act. In Canada, see the Canadian Environmental Protection Act 1999 (CEPA). Each region has specific standards, and it is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance. This product is for OFF-ROAD / RACE COMPETITION use only.
